Ideal for beginners, those getting on in years, carrying an extra few pounds or anyone interested in a gentle, easy and fun path to wellness. A calming, stress relieving yoga class to stretch, strengthen and balance the body while creating space for peace and stillness of the mind. This class focuses on Vinyasa style yoga, creative flow sequences, and a variety of breathing techniques that build heat, strength, flexibility, and healing.
